Case Study : High footfall limited space areas utilised for quality retail units

Summary

For the majority of retail businesses it is best to be located where there are higher levels of footfall. Currently the ‘high street’ is losing visitors and shopping / out of town centres are attracting increased volumes of visitors. This case study considers how high footfall areas too small for traditional retail shops could be utilised to provide additional retail opportunities.
