Catering Trailer Capitalises on Retail Park Footfall

An AJC-built catering trailer is at the centre of a recent street food success story in a major retail park

Using a 16-foot AJC trailer, Bill’s Diner has capitalised on high footfall in a local retail park to provide hungry shoppers with a range of traditional fast food fare, including burgers, hot dogs and chips.

The showman style trailer was designed specifically to excel in the fast-paced world of busy retail parks and features a double hatch opening that provides clear channels of access for both seller and customer.

AJC worked closely with Bill’s Diner owner to ensure that trailer was kitted out with all the equipment the company needed to hit the ground running. This includes a bain marie, double drinks fridge and two griddles, as well as a fryer, boiler and swirler.

Meanwhile, stainless steel counters and interior allow food to be prepared quickly and easily. These naturally hygienic surroundings also facilitate the maintenance of cleanliness at all times.

The exterior of the trailer features a branded and Traditional eye catching design that helps Bill’s Diner position itself as the place to go for traditional quality fast food and maximise the retail potential.
