Coffee Kiosk – Why a Little Creativity Can Go a Long Way
The coffee market is one of the biggest drinks markets in the entire world. Given its competitiveness you would be forgiven for thinking that the industry is saturated. Yet, while it is certainly busy, a coffee kiosk can represent a viable and lucrative way to get started in coffee or to expand an established brand – particularly if you use a few creative tricks, as we discuss in this post.
Coffee Kiosk Branding
Kiosks can pale in comparison to traditional shops, which are generally much larger and more eye catching. However, this is the last thing you should be aiming to do. Make extra efforts to ensure your coffee kiosk stands out from the crowd. Try to use a bit of creativity with the exterior design of your kiosk. This could be using bright colours or arresting patterns. If you’re an established company however, you should concentrate on putting your brand front and centre. Customers are likely to find the safe option of an established brand appealing.
Coffee Kiosk Products
As a coffee kiosk, obviously your main product is going to be your brown, caffeinated liquid. However, this doesn’t mean that coffee should be your only product. To back up your main attraction you should also stock high profit margin goods. These are things like packets of crisps, canned drinks and chocolate bars. These products take no time at all to prepare and are easy to store in large quantities.
Coffee Kiosk Plots
As a coffee kiosk owner, you should consider very carefully where you locate yourself. For instance, while one plot may be very affordable it may not attract many customers. Another may seem to have the right customers frequenting the area but may already be dominated but other competitors.
