Retail Shopfitters – It Starts with a Site Visit
Although initial contact is generally made over the phone or an email exchange, during which time a client’s plans are briefly laid out, we find that there is nothing like first hand experience to help us understand exactly what the installation requirements are. For this reason, we always make a site visit to fully clarify the wants and need of a client.
With a full brief in hand and first hand knowledge of what a client wants, we are ready to move onto the design stage. This process involves our experienced team rendering a client’s plans in 3D using the programme Solidworks. Following approval from the client, we will then start on the production process. We have a large and modern facility based in Bedfordshire where we are able to manufacture many of the elements required for the shopfitting.
As experienced retail shopfitters, we understand that plans can change during a project – for this reason we arrange a second site visit just before going ahead with the installation.
Installation
When the time arrives for installation, our in house fitting team provides all the necessary expertise required to carry out a full shopfitting and refurbishment. Once the process has been completed, our handover team will be available to the client to ensure everything is running smoothly and has been carried out to their satisfaction.
