When a client came into the factory there vision was to for a catering trailer that had a quality American diner feel.

They already new the quality products they would lovingly serve up to their prospective customers

• and of course delicious milkshakes

Meeting The Fully Fitted Out Budget and Specification

We were getting excited about their ideas and as we walked to the showroom started to consider specifications and costs. It was at this point we had to manage expectations. The issue of having a US style aluminium unit excluding the fit out of cost was over £40,000.. The challenge was that the budget available including fit out was £40,000. The AJC Retail sales and design team set to work to see what options were available. The solution was AJC were able to design a unit based around an existing catering trailer chassis that fully captured the American dining feel. Importantly the unit could be supplied fully fitted out for a fraction of the price (ultimately supplied for less than £40,000)
