‘Wahaca’ Mexican Taco Van – AJC Special conversions

Wahaca Mexican market eating have chosen AJC to convert a Vintage Citroen ‘H’ Van. AJC worked with Wahaca to create a mobile Mexican Cantana. In the markets of Mexico, you can eat at anytime of the day. There is no formality, with dishes arriving as they are cooked, and diners being served on demand. The Mexican Cantina supports the Wahaca concept with good Mexican market food available to take away. The fit out included: Line out, Flooring, slide out fronts, bespoke extraction , a Gas system, Chargrill, Drinks fridge, 3 Bain Maries, cold wells, spraying and branding.
