Commercial Fit Out – AJC’s Key Elements for Success
There is no doubt that a commercial fit out can be a complicated job, with a number of potential challenges that can arise during a project. However, if all the elements are in place then there is no reason why the work should not be relatively straightforward. We take a look at our keys to success in the following post.
Site Visits
At AJC, we believe that site visits are an integral part of any successful commercial fit out project. We provide at least two scheduled site visits during a commercial fit out. One site visit before the project has started allows us to understand fully what a client requires, as well as allowing us to gauge any potential challenges or opportunities that may lie ahead for the project. We also include a site visit before the installation process which allows us to adapt to any amendments required by the client.
Design
The aesthetics of a commercial venue can be a big factor in attracting customers both new and old, so it is vital to get design right. We have vast experience in this area and a proud history of creative, bespoke and innovative design. We also have the experience to understand the practical design factors of a venue, such as what equipment it may require to run successfully.
Manufacture
High quality parts are what hold a project together – literally. We manufacture many of the elements required for a fit out in our own large facility based in Bedfordshire. This helps to not only to increase time efficiency but helps us to minimise costs. We uphold extremely high quality control standards. Everything manufactured in our factory must pass rigorous testing before being cleared for release.
Commercial Fit Out Installation
Skill, experience and an eye for detail – all key components of the final stage of a commercial fit out. Our in house installation team is equipped with each of these adjectives, ensuring that work is carried out as efficiently as possible.
