As a specialist manufacturer we have no fixed template or standard size we manufacture unique designs based on the needs of our clients. We therefore have to create production drawings in order to allow the kiosk to be produced.

  • Make sure that all doors within the area will open (Oh yes we have previously been supplied visuals where the layout meant that doors on appliances and cupboards wouldn’t open)
  • Better understand and visualise if all the space within the unit is usable. We are often able to tweak the design and move elements into alternative locations freeing up space and creating a more productive and functional environment. Better to make these changes at production design before the unit goes into manufacture and any changes will occur a higher cost to modify
  • Establish if the unit can actually be manufactured. Occasionally we have had design ideas supplied that are simply not possible or practical to manufacture (in some cases until they invite the sky hook anyway)
  • By understanding how the product will be manufactured allows you to establish if once manufactured installation will be possible
